Hi all

I am looking into building a home in the Poconos? Does anyone have any advice for a first time home builder? I am looking into two builders: Precision Homes and Ridgefield Homes. Any advice on any of these builders? Also, are concrete blocks or poured concrete better for basement walls? Finally, Precision Homes had wooden pillars in basement, while Ridgefield had steel. Which is better, if any?
