Modular Housing Ratings

Greetings,
We're looking at manufactured housing as an alternative to a site built home. I have already owned two mobile homes in the early 1970s, but understand that manufactured housing has come a long way since then. Based on anyone's experience with modulars and manufacturers, who are the best builders of modulars in this industry and who has the best warranty on a new modular? Everyone seems to claim that their home is superior for whatever reason. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
