first time home buyer

I've been trying to get a manufactued home for some time now. I have a good paying job. My credit has minor problems, I've tried a housing counselor, but she is never around or have the time to answer my questions. Do anyone have any suggestions of who I need to talk to.

Find an experienced dealer that you can feel comfortable with...You are never more than 12 months from a FHA loan....A skilled dealer should be able to help you get over your problems and help you into a home...
