Looking to buy in Oklahoma

Me and my husband are just now in the process if looking to buy a manufactured home in OKC/surrounding area. The first place we went to was Palm Harbor cause that is all we had seen. Anyone have any experience with them or recomendations for other manufactures in this area? It is me and my husband and two young children (ages 4 yrs and 7 mnths). We have no idea what to look for and we are also interested in buying land to put it on. Is it better to buy land through the manufactuer as a package deal they were telling us about or to buy each seperatly? We just do not want to make some huge mistake here and I am trying to do all the research I can. IS Palm Harbor here in OKC any good? Does anyone live in OK? I need *any* advice and tips, ideas you all can give us. I am also thinking of purchasing that book I saw on here where I get the extra cash. We also want something that will have some type of resale value later on.

Thanks

Marilyn

Look at a Karsten Home. Highest quality home on the market, bar none. You have a dealer there or write me. We are in Amarillo and carry Karstens.
