Energy Lifestyles, Any good?

I have been reading these boards for a while and never read anything on Energy Lifestyles homes. I am interested in buying one, but am trying to do as much research as possible. If anyone has any firsthand information if would be greatly appreciated. Also, what would be the best to have upgraded in this home? I have read so many horror stories and am a little scared. Thanks in advance for your help!

I believe you are reffering to Southern Energy Homes...Southern Lifestyle Model...

Southern Energy build three different models..

Southern...The most basic construction and featured..lowest price..
Southern Lifestyle...Next in the hierarchy of the models..little better basic structure and a few more features are standard..Slightly higher price than Southern..

Then the top of the line from the plant..Southern Energy..The strongest features and Construction of the Southern Energy lines..
All homes offer custom floor plans..many options and different stock floor plans...

The custom floor plan feature makes these homes very popular..

This is a hard question to answer...Final pricing has lots to do with local set up requirements, type of a/c and underpinning...

We sell our LS in this size for as low as 59K with hardly no options to over 75K with every goodie they offer...

Be sure you are getting the plywood floor option...The standard floor is pressboard..
