Randy and anyone else who has had any experiene with the above homes.
These homes apear to be excellent. 6 inch walls, and R44 insulation in the attic.
I can't seem to find out about the floor composition, is it plywood or not. The other concern that I have is that I was told that the rafter are on 19? or 24 inch centers.
To me this isn't very good because I would think that thee rafteer should be right above wall studs and the wall studs should be right above the floor joist. The down load force on the top wall plate from the rafter would make the top plate to bow and distort even with a double top plate. Or am I being picky? What does this manufacturer use for there top and pottom plate?
Thanks in advance
Gary
