I own 5 acre parcel in NorCal free and clear. Value between 75-100k. Lousy credit, self-employed, difficult to doc. income.

Land is in prime area, P+M done, should be no problem with installation. Need well, septic, some grading, man. home. Can I get financing? Lenders and all others who have an idea welcome to respond.

This is a popular area with skyrocketing home prices. Thanks for input.
