for those who don't know, the federal consumer information center (www.pueblo.gsa.gov) located in Pueblo, Co. overs free or low cost pamphlets and booklets on many topics. you can request a catalog or check out their catalog on line. I just received in the mail the following booklets for a total cost of $3.00:
1. how to buy a manufactured home
2. drinking water from household wells
3.power smart (easy tips to save money)
4.healthy indoor air
5. energy savers, this contains a chart with the recommended R-values for new construction.
thought some of you may want to check this out.

Hello John,

Thanks for the information but the free pamphlets on how to buy a manufactured home are already posted on the Internet. To be honest, it's a little weak and lacks any real consumer information. But there are some basic tips withingthe pamphlet. Thanks again.
