Why aren't there manufactured homes for sale in the southeast that look as good on the outside as Karsten? I just visited the Karsten website and saw the "site-built" appearance of their homes. You never see that type here in the south? Why is that?

It is all a matter of price...Stick built homes in the SE are much cheaper than in the West...Many believe that manufactured homes will be sell well at higher than local stick built prices...
