My husband is interested in doing our permanent foundation. We live in So. Calif. He is a plumbing and electrical contractor and has repaired heavy equipment for many, many years. I'm telling you this to let you know how handy and knowledgeable he is in construction. He has never done a permanent foundation before but feels pretty comfortable with it. My question regarding your book is: He needs to know the particulars for Ca. with regard to passing the inspection once he is done. Does your book address any of the requirements or how to's? Thanks.

My book goes into detail about all types of foundation for manufactured homes. Buiding codes to vary from state to state but my book will give your husband the knowledge he's looking for to do a foundation for a manufactured home.
