Randy,I recieved your book a while back and have found it to be very helpful.Have you heard any good or bad stuff about Guerdon Homes as I have looked at a couple and they look to be of good const.please inform if you have any info on them you could share.

The upper lines of Guerdon are quality homes. I like the plant in Boise, a good company. Follow my construction guide in my book and be sure the model you're looking at falls into the quality catagory. Let us know how things turn out.
