How much trouble/money is it to completely redo a mobile home bath? I'm going to look at one that was built in 1990 and the realtor has tried to talk me out of it - he says the bathrooms need major work. I'm still interested though because the house sits on 2 acres of the most beautiful land you'll ever see. It also has a covered porch around the entire perimeter of the house, therefore I think it's worth looking at. Assuming that the house is as bad as the realtor says, I'm hoping the price will come down and I can use the savings to renovate the bathrooms - i.e., garden tub, shower, toilet, floor tiles and counter-tops. How much money should I expect to spend on such an undertaking?
Thanks

Hello Terry,
That's a hard question to answer because I don't know your tastes and how much work needs to be done. I have some friends right now that are remodeling their kitchen in their manufactured home and it's not costing any more then if they lived in a site-built home. Good luck.
