To Randy Eaton on Ritz-Craft

I am looking at a Ritz-Craft double wide. They seem to be priced higher than the others. Are they really that superior in construction, etc. I've also looked at the Fleetwood Entertainer which is quite an attractive and well configured house. They will upgrade to all OSB, sheetrock, perimeter heat, and 5/12 roof. With the upgrades is there anything else I should be wary of with Fleetwood? They seem to have such a bad rep when viewing the messages on this website. I am in central NYS. Fleetwood is manufactured just below me in PA.
