Floor decking and plumbing

We are currently looking at manufactured homes, and one particular Schult dealer is offering the following for floor decking and plumbing:
Will-Craft D-3 Grade Floor Decking (by Willamette Industries) ? Is it appropriate?
And how about QestPex cross-linked polythylene plumbing? Is it acceptable?
Any comments on these products would be appreciated.
Thanks

I am not sure.....but I think...this is another name for particleboard...Easy way to tell...go to Willameete web site and look at the pictures..Compare it to the floor in the home...If it is particle board...do not buy it...up grade to the OSB...also shown on this page..or plywood
Find the pictures at

You will have to copy and paste this address into your browser..
The water system is one of the systems that caused so much trounle a few years ago...BUT...the problem was with the fittings...not the line..If you visit the web site you will see they are using all brass fittings now and should be ok...
You will need a special crimping tool to work on them and you might call you local supply store to see if they handle parts for this system...There is a picture of the fittings and tool on this web page..

We find that the best plumbing system to work with is cpvc...Repair parts are much more plentiful (any hardware store or home improvement store has them) and no special tools are required..
