looking for a quality manufactured home and dealer in northwest ohio

we are looking for a manufactured home to put on our land. we live in northwest ohio and have been to several dealers already. some of the brands we have looked at are fairmont, redman, schult, patriot and dutch. we are trying to figure out the differences between all of these and choose the best quality home we can. any advice would be appreciated...good or bad. also, if anyone knows or has dealt with any dealers in our area...we would appreciate your input.
