The Manufactured Housing Forums

Hi,

We're planning for our first home purchase and are considering a manufactured home. I would prefer to build on property, but the wife wants to live in a community so our daughter can have friends close by.

Does anyone have any recommendations for nice communities in the Seattle area, preferably in the South End or East side? We're a ways away from 55, so retirement communities are out.

Also, has anyone dealt with Gregerson's Homes in Edmonds (nearest Silvercrest dealer)?
