Fleetwood Homes

We are first time buyers and have almost settled on a Fleetwood. If you have one, do you like it? Any problems with the home or warranty?

Check out the Manufactured Home Owners forum. I would never recommend a Fleetwood to anyone. Within first year of purchase, roof started leaking & it's downhill from there. It's falling apart & they have terrible service & are apparently not going to honor the warranty.

I've seen myself and have read that the workmanship of these homes is
poor. I could not believe how models to show off in Vermont were poorly made
and they expect buyers? Look around another couple of manufacturers first.
