negotiating a price

i was wondering if it was common or acceptable to negotiate a price for a manufactured (modular) home. the company i have in mind is nationwide homes. has anyone had any dealings with them?

Yes, You do negotiate price on buying any home, whether it is a mobile home or a brick home. Same as buying a new or used car. You let them know what you are
willing to pay, also look more closely at the home, take your time, look at all the plumbing, is the wall on 16 on center, look for 2x8 floor joist.

Quality varies greatly by manufacturer, it's very important when considering a manufactured home to look at the quality of construction. Good Luck!!!
