All of the Cavalier products are essentially the same...If I was moving to MS..I would be looking at the Cavalier, Belmont and the others built in AL...

They service the home from the plant that sold it (not necessarily the plant that built it)...Bellcrest and Homestead are in GA...A long ride for the service man..

The homes are now the most value packed you will find anywhere...The standard list of upgrade features is too long to list...You would have to spend nearly 20K more to find a better home...Good Luck

We're in the process of buying a Homestead. We were set on a Clayton until we walked into this one - there was no question in the quality. However, when we looked over the engineering spec sheet, we found that NOVADECK is standard flooring, but they offer upgrades to OSB & Plywood (we're going plywood).

Get Randy's book on buying, and be SURE you see the spec sheet for your home.

Good point...there are only a few options to be had...Plywood or OSB is a must...the other we sell on every one is zone 3 insulation..costs about $ 750 as an option...Money well spent..
