Buying a Silvercrest Manor Home

Post by Zach » Sat Mar 23, 2002 4:55 pm

I am looking at buying a Silvercrest Manor (M7 or M12) in the Santa Cruz California area. I am trying to get a better idea of what I should be paying for the house, set up, delivery, county hook ups, land preparation, garage build, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Zach

Zach,

Go down a few post (3-21-02) and you will see some info I posted on cost to place a Silvercrest in Lake County. Those would be only ballpark figures for you as construction cost and permits can vary quite a bit. The dealer should be able to provide a great deal of info for you.

As far as pricing is concerned, try to visit/call a number of dealers and see what prices you get. My wife and I visted 5 dealers and the price variance was $5,000. We used that info to get a better price from the dealer that sold us our home.
