I have a lot in Jefferson county West Virginia and would like to put a MH on the lot. Ho do I find out if the lot is perced for a septic tank.

I'm in California and am not familiar with how they handle that in your state, but here you have to get a permit to do a perk test. The county would have a copy of the permit. Also, if you just purchased the property, the previous owner might be able to help you.

Forgot to add. Call a local company that does septic systems and find out about the requirements. They should be able to tell you how to determine if a perk test has been done.
