I have just recently been given the keys to my new solitiare.
After having the factory crew redo the drywall for 3 days because of the new mexico factories I am still ashamed to let anyone see what I paid good money for. My salesman says I can't expect perfect. Mediocre would be a good start.

Dissapointed in Oklahoma!!!!

Sorry to hear about your problems, but glad to know my daughter isn't by herself. She purchased a solitaire last June, which she is still trying to get repairs done. Good luck, she certainly can't get anything done. Her home came out of Okla. I have said it before and I'll say it again, all these people are interested in is the sale. This includes all mfg. If you don't believe it just read the posts on this site.
