Colony and/or Patriot???

Hi,

I would very much appreciate ANY feed back regarding these two manufacturers and how they hold up against the competition.

I am looking for a higher or high end (how ever you want to call it it) manufactured home and will be definately wanting: wood floors, dry wall, fireplace and 7:12 roof pitch.

Also, any comments regarding quality of construction with kitchen cabinetry is welcome too.
