My husband and I are selling our house and will be buying a manufactured home. I bought the book How to....by Randy Eaton and have begun to read it. This is a big undertaking and I really don't know where to start. We currently live in Miami and are both in our early 50's. We have dogs and cats which I do not want to part with. I work mostly from home and my husband is disabled. I want a nice home that will last the rest of our lives. Where do I start? Is there a person that does the looking for you? Any help is appreciated.

Marie, you have taken the first step to buying a manufactured home. I would suggest taking your time and read through my book and it will answer most of your questions. You need to educate yourself first and once you have done this you'll know what to look in a quality home, company and sales center. If you have any questions after reading my book please e-mail.
