Modulars in Ohio

My husband and I are just getting started into researching modular construction. We live in Northwest Ohio. I have been reading through this forum but see little to nothing on Ohio. Does anyone out there know anything about possibilites in Ohio? We have looked at Unibilt out of Vandalia, Ohio and also Crest homes (not at all interested in this one). We have a couple more that we are going to look at this weekend.
