Cavco homes

My wife and I are looking to purchase a new home and we have our eyes set on a Cavco 32x76. Any info on Cavco homes would be great, good and bad.

My brother has a friend who had a Cavco and was most unhappy, mostly because of the lack of customer support he got from the dealer.

The house needed repairs on setup that were never repaired or were slowly done, dealer problems etc.

Cavco is a good company. The Durango plant produces a quality home and I like some of their interior and exterior designs.
