Which manufacture is the Best and Why?

I am looking at purchasing a new 4 bedroom, about 1900 sq ft. In the state of NC. I want to know what maufacture is going to be the one to go with for price and quality? I am tired of all the sales people saying we are better then them. I just want the TRUTH. Anyt information will be better then nothing.

Best is in the eye of the beholder and with in the pocket book of the buyer...The industry offers a wide variety of quality and features...Like the auto business there are Geo Metros and Rolls Royces and everything in between..

In your market area..you can get a very equiped but basic contruction Power House usually handled by Brigadier dealers for under 50k or you can go as high as 100k for some of the top quality and features...One thing for sure..NC is a very competitive market and if there is a big price difference...there is something different about the home..Good Luck

first of all I want to thank randy, and all of you for contirbuting to this wonderful site.
I have been researching mh, for about 2 months now.. impressed with a great deal of the specifications on the pinnacle (patriot homes) home here in Georgia, i've also looked at palm harbor and homes of merit.. but have not seen their specifications. honestly which is the best for specifications,quality and floor plans and customer service after the sale.
