What are the best double wides in Ohio?

Considering Patriot Lincoln Park home. Also looked at four seasons.

Is it true that doubles wides placed in a moble home park that only accepts double wides will tend to hold it's value better?

I like Manufactured Housing Enterprises but their modular series is the only series to focus on. Their manufactured homes are not that impressive. Check out Fuqua, Palm Harbor and Commodore. Hope this helps
