which one?

Could anyone steer me towards the top builders in the industry? I've got a friend who worked in construction for 22 years and he says to go for Hart and Four Seasons. But I've also heard great things about Fleetwood as well. They all seem to have the same floor plans, available options and depending on who you talk to they're all the best. All I want is to know which manufacturers are solid buys and which ones to steer clear of.

Shult, Palm Harbor, Solitaire, Redman, these are the better built MH. There are a few great ones on the west coast - I do not know who.... Please - When you find what you want - do to google groups then sub alt.mobilehomes then you can put the brand name in and get 'consumer' feedback......

Hello Josh,
Hart is good and Commodore homes. Four Seasons and Fleetwood are average. Look at Fuqua Homes if they are in your area. Happy New Year!

Hello Clara,
The best in Florida are: Homes of Merit, Jabobsen Homes and Palm Harbor Homes. Hope this helps.

I live in Arkansas. We have been looking at mobile homes for a while. All of the dealerships say their homes are the best. Some have even bad mouthed others! Which manufactor is the best in my area?
