First Time Buyer

I am looking to buy a manufactured home in a community that only offers "Patriot Homes". Any one have any experience with this builder good or bad? The list of bells and whistles is pretty extensive but this is my first experience of this kind and don't want to get caught up in them and overlook something....any information will be greatly appreciated.

Click on the "search" feature just above the forum header put in the words "Patriot Homes". Click the pull down menu for dates and select "all dates" and you will find about 20 listings of FAQ's on Patriot Homes and the responses.
