The top manufacturers in Florida based on quality construction would be...
#1. Homes of Merit
#2 Jacobsen Homes
#3 Palm Harbor
#4 Champion Homes
I would concentrate on the first three I recommend. All three exceed HUD standards and will prove to be a solid investment in the future.

Jame's take a look the HallMark Southwest Corporation of Loma Linda, California. This home speaks for itself and they don't rush the home thru the factory as it's being built. I toured their factory and was impressed with their homes. Very solid and a very good product.

Terry in your opinion which is the better home, Karsten or Hallmark?
I am interested in what you say about that, I still haven't had a chance to see a Hallmark but plan to when the first chance presents itself.

Hello Charlotte,
Hallmark is a modular builder and not a manufactured home. A better comparison to Karsten would be Palm Harbor or Bonnavilla and Fuqua Homes.
