we live on 9.21 accers. owned free n clear. we r intrusted in a perticuler 3 wide. r land needs septic/well n "pad". can any give costs 4 these needed site preps? we r in Wa. State....Kittatas County...Cle Elum Area. ?

Tough to give estimates on these elements because costs vary by state, contractor, topography of your land, etc. Generally speaking septic systems will cost in the $2500-4000 range, depending on size and other factors. Pads are normally included in set up and delivery costs. Well drilling costs are $8.00 per foot in our area plus concrete pad instatllation. Grading costs are extremely variable because of the lay of your land. If land is relatively level, then estimate about $2500 for the average 100 foot long driveway, including gravel.

These are only estimates on my part based on my experience. Please do your own research with the various contractors. Most will provide you free estimates. Be sure and get at least two or three estimates for each function.
