Attention: C. Gosser
Several days ago, you mentioned that you had visited Homebuilders factory. I'd like to ask some questions about their operation, if you don't mind.
1. Did you find the interior studs to be 2x3s?
2. Was the walk through the factory extensive? I'm limited in the distance I can cover.
3. Was it very dusty? I will wear a mask if necessary.
4. Did you get some idea of pricing of upgrades? i.e. raising to 4:12 roof, addition of fireplace, change of door size,
(spouse wants wheel chair doors), changing floor joist size to 2x8s?
5. We recently visited another factory in Oregon,(assume you live in Oregon, also) and discovered that they were cutting away a portion of some of the floor joists to accommodate large coil (heat, I think). Hubby feels this threatens the strength of the building.

General comment:
I really like the look of some of their floor plans
