Hi Randy, I am going to try and read your book via e-book tonight but until then I just need to know if it's possible to get a nice looking mfh for less than $70,000 and not have it made our of cheap stuff. Basically what should I expect to see for this price or less. I also welcome others advice too.

I am just adding here for Randy that you live and are looking for a quality home in the Southern California area. Just because $70,000 can buy a lot of home in other parts of the country, such as the South etc.
