My wife and I have purchased land and are looking to buy a Manufactured Home sometime next year. We are in Nebraska and have visited virtually every dealer in the state. We know Bonnavilla/Bellavista are good, but what about Atlantic, Schult, Skyline and Dutch. Does anyone have any experiences they would like to share with homes from these manufacturers? Thanks!

Troy, BonnaVilla homes are a very fine quality homes and built with 2x6 sidewalls as standard. Very good home and heavy duty. At one time they sold their homes into the southwest all the way into Tucson, Arizona. That's a very wise choice to make at this time. Another company would be the Heritage homes of Wayne, Nebraska, this company also offers very heavy duty homes and tape and textured walls thru out the entire home. 2x6 exterior walls, 2x4 interior and optional plywood floor decking. Very good home. Check them out and see for yourself. Good luck

I Have a Skyline - I Have Major problems - from the 3rd month to now (the 18th month). My house is for sale - I'll buy another 'site built' home - Skyline has made me a firm believer in 'site built homes' -This MH is POOR Quality, Poor Response (if any) to my my request for repairs - MAJOR FLOORING PROBLEMS due directly to the use of particle board. Any ?
