What is your opinion on a chrystal valley home or enerymate by patriot in a full drywalled double wide with 100 amp ,2X6 floor joists,2X6 sidewalls,5/12 pitch.Any thing I should be looking for as far as house built construction.Any how much do these depreciate in a new doulbe wide park, that has to be all 5/12 pitch homes?Do you think that them figures are appropiate or do the values need to be better, also the roof is r30,floor is r21,ceiling is r11
Thank you

I would change that 100 amp service to a 2 or 300.

From what I've been told, the Energy-Mate is a state-coded modular home. I would think there would be no depreciation, but rather appreciation, depending on where you have the home built. I've looked at a modular Patriot model and was impressed, although we probably will be buying a Crest Home instead, for a number of reasons, none having to do with quality of the home.

Hello Dennis,

I agree with Miller change the amps to 200. The floors should be 2x8's and the insullation package seems weak to me. Where is the home being placed?
