Has anyone heard of fleetwoodwholesalers.com?

Are they reputable? The prices seem a lot less and I know you have to order your own AC and skirting but is this a legitamate business? I noticed they ask for a deposit. Wondering what that is about. Would appreciate any info on them. Is there any way to check on this company?
