I can't seem to find much info on the Belmont (Biltmore) homes. I looked at one at a dealer in Houston and liked the way it looked. However, their website did not have much info on standard features etc. Do you have experience with these homes? Also, when a company offers warranties on Novadeck or OSB and not with plywood, is it still better to go with plywood?
One more question. Where do I look to find out about the service reputation of a company. I have also been looking at Palm Harbor here in Houston, and they of course, tell me they have good service. But...

A good way to find out how reputable a retailer is....go to the Better Business Bureau at, http://www.bbb.org/. I don't know about Belmont homes but Palm Harbor's are nice.

They are cheap made. they don't stand behind there warranty.
