Best Deal

We have some property in northern michigan and are thinking of a manufactured dwelling (double wide). We want to get the biggest bang for the buck and wanted to know where to look for a "deal". We've talked with some lenders about their repos, however by the time you add costs of moving, renovation, and the cost of our "time" in the deal, this does not appear to be such a value. Any suggestions or should we just buy new?

Try visiting dealers who have last years models sitting on their lot. Also visit MH shows in your area. You can save from $1000 to $5000 in this way. Also take as few options as possible, since these are marked up by the dealers. (e.g. applianes, furniture, etc.)
