Want to buy a MH with a past Ch. 13 BK.

I would like to get some input on finding a manufacture who would fund a consumer with such a past credit. Would a manufacture have experience with FHA loans and down payment assistance programs. I await input. Almost forgot I live in the Santa Clara County of California.

I suggest you contact your local United Way agency and ask them for a list of non-profit organizations they fund which help first time home buyers. These classes cost very little (like $10 per course or thereabout) They can teach you about re-establishing your credit and inform you of the various lending agencies in your area. Sometimes these non-profits have direct links to these lenders and can help you with the process.
