I'm interested in everyone's feedback on the question of buying a repo'd home. What are the pros (other than price reduction) and cons? Would it be foolish to buy a completely refurbished repo that was only a year old?

Repo'd homes can be a good buy, however, you really need to inspect the home thourghly before committing to any purchase. You need to remember, whether stick built or MH, the previous owner let the home go back. This owner had no interest in maintaining the home for the previous six months or so and probably no funds, as well. Be prepared for a lot of cleaning and maintenance expense.
