Franklin HOmes

I just looked at 3 models of Franklin Homes and they were beautiful. Regular sheetrock is standard throughout and the floor plans are great. The prices were very competitive, and this particular dealer has been in business for 30 years, so I would assume their customer service is adequate. Would one of the experts state his/her opinion on Franklin? thanks
