Are there problems with Palm Harbor Homes now?

Have read some info on the net....just like Oakwood it seems there are many unhappy campers who have dealt with Palm Harbor. Is it true they are not the home they use to be and service is poor?

In Texas Palm Harbor manufactures in 5 different factories. Each factory specializes in a market niche. They have value oriented (lower priced homes) that are built accordingly. They also have high end homes that are exteremely well built. Personally I would not buy a home without visiting the factory. See for yourself what goes into the home.
