Russ, Town&Country Homes by Cavalier homes are more of a low line homes. You have to upgrade alot to get what you want. I have a cousin who made the biggest mistake of her life here in Arizona. She just traded in a wonderful home made by Windsor Homes a Zimmer product. Which was hardboard siding and shingle roof. Excellent condition. She went into New Mexico and bought a Cavalier home about a month ago and had it ordered. It's their powerball series and they told her it's the shingle roof and hardboard siding. When it was delivered it was a piece of aluminum can, metal roof, metal siding. Very cheap cabinets, and very thin walls, cheap pottie training style toilets, and a very loud rumbling roof. This the mistake of her life. Now Cavalier also makes some of their model with james hardi panel which I highly recommend and shingle roof, real wood cabinets, water shut off thru out the entire home and one piece tub/shower stalls. and upgrade on the insulation in the ceiling, floor, and sidewalls and this should give you a wonderful home. Good luck
