The Manufactured Housing Forums

I understand that there are mobile home parks where you can buy the lot and just pay association fees for maintenance of the pool and clubhouse. Are there any located in Northern California? If not. . . who would I contact about developing one?

They should have list of MH parks rented and owned land.
