Well Made mobile homes

Post by judy » Fri Jun 08, 2001 8:04 pm

I live in Virginia. The only mobile home manufacturers I have seen in this area are Oakwood, Clayton, Shults, and Palm Harbor. I have seen an Oakwood that I really like but have heard so many horror stories. What do you think? Is there exceptions to the rule? Do you know of any other dealers in my state?

I do not went to end up with a peice of junk. I want a well made home.

I have heard Palm Harbor are good homes (they are mainly down south and I imagine they have to be built strong to suffer through the many storms etc... in the south.
Good Luck
