Help I am despratley searchimg for a home on a private lot in clayton d.e. unfortunatley Delaware is a banking state whare all the company are out to make a quick buck for example i tryed to but a car the dealership reintered ym application several times to various banks w/ out my permishion putting as manny as 12 inquires on my credit report. just to sell me a car. we are liveing w/ relatives and need a home. Now we have tryed a mobile home dealer @ Larys mobile home and thay wanted us to put in a applycation for a 5 year old dobble wide in a traylor park for 48,000 witch is a repo. he claims that the baink will approve pr put limmitation on the applycation immplying that we could get approved than w/ the mony get whatever we want, but i dont brleave that a company would give us money to sue to purchase a traylor thay are losing revinue on . including lot rentand not mind if we used the money to go elce whare. i dont trust them to tell me the truth and have grate fear of being mislead and haveing no way out once a contract is singed after being mislead please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
