North River 1987, ball park price?

Hello,

We're looking at a 1987 mobile home manufactured my North River. It's a 14x70 \
2 bedroom 2 bath. We have no idea where to start with an offer. Can any of you help us. It's very clean on the inside. The outside is very plain.

We'd like to move it to our own lot, but are concerned about moving a home that has been in the same place for almost 14 years. Should we have any concerns or are older models moved everyday? If we should be concerned, what concerns should we have?
