Hi! My husband and I are looking to possibly buy a MH. I've heard that you can bargain on the price just like you are buying a car. How much leeway does a person have to work with? When you buy a car a person can find out what the dealership paid and can work with bargaining between that and the MSRP. So, how do you know when buying a manufactured home how much you can talk them down? Is there a standard? I'm not articulating what I want very well. Please forgive me. But I hope I'm coming across ok
