Could you recommend some high quality manufactured house builders for the Tidewater VA region. Also, what is the price comparison of cost per foot of a manufactured home vs. a site built? I am trying to budget and wanted to get a feel for what I could afford.

Do you know anyone who specializes in "farm" type homes? Something that looks right in the country?

Hello Dave,

Your probably going to have a difficult time finding a farm like home in a manufactured home. Most are contemporary looking. Cost per square foot is usually around $38 to 48, this does not include land or site preparation.
